We provide a free subdomain address; if you want a domain in your own name, you buy and renew it yourself. Advertising is a separate, optional service. If you would rather pay once for a website, we quote it to your requirements.
No. Design and build are included in the subscription, so you don’t pay a separate amount for them. The first month is paid on signing, and the subscription term starts on the day the website actually launches. A custom domain, advertising and any work outside the plan are charged separately.
No. Your website can run on a free subdomain provided by CODZITA: an address that starts with your clinic’s name and ends with a CODZITA domain. If you would like your own address, such as yourclinic.com, you buy and renew that domain yourself and we use it for your website. We confirm the exact address with you before launch.
The monthly website suits clinics that want everything handled for one predictable fee, with hosting and simple monthly changes included. A one-time project suits clinics that prefer to pay once; its price, scope, hosting and handover are set in a written quote. Over several years, a subscription can cost more in total than paying once.
Your website is designed and set up in your clinic’s name, with your content, services and identity. You own your content and your data, and your domain if you use your own. On the monthly subscription, CODZITA provides and manages the website for you under our Managed Website License. If you want to move the website or receive its files, we agree the details separately.
Our target is 7–10 business days, counted from when all onboarding requirements are complete. Time spent waiting for your feedback is not counted.
You get three review rounds before launch, separate from the monthly changes. Take your time reviewing, and send us your changes and comments together in each round. The website is published only after your written approval.
Yes. Your plan includes three simple content changes every month, and fixes for defects we cause don’t count. If you need more changes or work outside the plan, we price it and agree it with you before we start.
No. The monthly subscription has no minimum commitment, and you can stop renewal before it is due. If you would like a longer term paid in advance, ask us about the price for that term.
No. Advertising for your clinic is an optional service, by quotation and under a separate agreement. Advertising costs are not included in the website price.
It is built to make your clinic easier to find, trust and contact. We don’t promise numbers, because confirming appointments and the visits themselves also depend on your clinic.
